Black Texture Effect Powder Coating With Epoxy-Polyester On Metal Coating
INTRODUCTION
PURDA series is a thermosetting powder coating based on epoxy polyester resin with excellent smooth glossy and good flow-out finishes. Its outstanding overbake yellowing resistance and mechanical properties make it a wide range of indoor applications,e.g.domestic appliances, home and office furniture,light fixtures, shelvings, machinery, ceiling panels, switchboards etc. Texture finish is also available.

SUBSTRATES AND PRE-TREATMENT
In order to obtain optimal anti-corrosion properties, it is recommended to apply a chemical pretreatment
prior to powder coating application.
l Ferrous metals(cold rolled steel, cast iron etc.): Iron or zinc phosphatation
l Zinc surfaces(galvanized steel, zinc alloy) : Chromatation or zinc phosphatation
l Aluminum alloys : Chromatation
STORAGE
l Should be stored under dry conditions with good ventilation at a temperature not exceeding 30 C.
l Storage period recommended should not exceed 12 months,in case exceeding 12 months without affecting their free flowing properties, the powder will still have optimal characteristics.
l Should be protected from excessive heat,humidity,water and contamination with foreign materials such as powder, dust, dirt, etc.
l Any leftover powder should be kept in an appropriate area that is cool and dry. Do not expose to the air too long as the powder properties may deteriorate with the moisture.

Custom color : Color matching is available , if you have colors model ,please send to us for matching .
3.Prices:
Prices depend on the colors and using environment ,for prices please tell us the colors and using environment (indoor use or outdoor use).
4.Time of delivery :
Production will take about 5-8 days after receipt of prepayment,this is subject to the quantity .
5.Payment :
30% T/T prepayment , 70% T/T before shipment (or against BL) or LC at sight .
6.Samples:
1kg powder sample is available for each color for your testing.
